ABRAM RAPHAEL BECK (NEW YORK, 1858-1947) FOLK ART SPORTING SCENE, oil on canvas, depicting a bass, signed upper left corner. Housed in likely original gilt molded frame. Late 19th/first quarter 20th century. 13 1/2" x 19 1/4" sight, 20" x 27" OA.

Catalogue Note: Beck is noted for what would end up being President William McKinley's last portrait, and also designed the official logo for the Pan-American Exposition.

Very good overall visual condition. Frame with scattered minor to moderate losses.
