AFTER JAMES ABBOTT MCNEILL WHISTLER (AMERICAN, 1834-1903) "LA VIELLE AUX LOQUES" ETCHING, ink on paper, depicting a seated elderly woman sorting rags in her shop or home. Plate signed lower right "Whistler". Matted and housed under glass in 20th century giltwood frame. Appears to be a 20th century printing, and retains "Vincent Price Collection" label stickers verso. 8" x 5 3/4" platemark, 20" x 15" OA.

Condition

Very good condition with minor foxing to lower right quadrant. Minor chipping to paint on left edge of frame. Not examined out of frame.
