AMERICAN CHIPPENDALE MAHOGANY ARMCHAIR, shaped crest rail with carvings, above pierced splat, molded trapezoidal seat frame, raised on square legs joined with box stretcher, seat with later upholstery. Retains an old surface with warm color. Late 18th/early 19th century. 37" HOA, 20" H seat, 15" D seat.
