AMERICAN / EUROPEAN WOODEN INLAID BOXES, LOT OF THREE, comprising a small book-form example with secret compartment in base which is accessed by sliding the front bottom panel to the left allowing the end panel to slide forward; a dome-topped example with parquetry inlay designs; an example with diamond-form inlay to lid. Late 19th/early 20th century. Largest 4 3/8" HOA, 9 7/8" WOA, 6 3/4" DOA.
Condition
Good condition overall with all examples having moderate surface wear and minor scattered loss/damage; diamond-inlaid example with fading to surface.
