AMERICAN FOLK ART GEOMETRIC HOOKED RUG, rectangular form, having polychrome circle or dot pattern on a ground with various shades of brown, green, and black, braided border to all four sides. Housed under UV glass in a modern frame. Late 19th/first quarter 20th century. 35" x 21" object, 43 1/8" x 29" OA.

Very good visual condition with overall toning, some fading and fugitive color, frame with minor wear. Not examined out of frame, backing in unknown condition.
