Catalogue Note: The present print is considered the finest wartime print of an American warship in battle. It was during this engagement that John Paul Jones uttered his famous "Surrender be damned, I have not yet begun to fight".
Condition
Good overall condition, each with some small losses and short tears, primarily only affecting the margins, uncolored example with light vertical crease.
