ANTIQUE FOLMER & SCHWING COMPACT GRAFLEX REFLEX CAMERA, black leather coated wooden hardware and gray- or black-toned brass/metal trim/components, stationary Graflex back accepting 3 1/4" x 5 1/2" film currently with no back, camera serial number 78113, equipped with a Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar f:4.5 15cm lens, housed in its original black leather and purple velvet-lined case with an extra strap inside. Camera produced 1915-1925. 8 7/8" x 7" x 8 1/4" outer case.

Case is heavily worn with significant losses to the surface of the leather, but has held its shape and is structurally intact besides the top handle being detached at one end; camera in very good visual condition with routine wear to body and case especially with light corrosion/rust/oxidation to some metal components, and some areas of mold or mildew around viewing hood; mechanical parts each appear to operate relatively smoothly although the working condition of the complex two-curtain system is unknown; hood and bellows seem to operate, the mirrors produce a viewable and relatively crisp image; camera has not been tested for functionality (see Catalogue Guarantee).
