ANTIQUE / VINTAGE PLASTIC AND OTHER BELT OR DRESS BUCKLES, LOT OF 22, each two-part form, comprising an Art Deco buckle with silver-toned metal frame and two seafoam green glass pieces, and remainder with plastic frames including a glittery transparent green Lucite/acrylic buckle, a light seafoam green floriform buckle, a layered two-toned green geometric buckle, and a rectangular plastic buckle featuring figures with the two pieces possibly married due to slight differences. Light seafoam green floriform buckle marked "MADE IN / HOLLAND", graduated buckle with shaded brown coloring marked "MADE IN FRANCE" on back bars and "BTE S.G.D.G / BLACKBIRD" to clasp hook, round buckle with target-form design of red on tan marked "BREVETE S.G.D.G. / MADE / IN FRANCE" to back bars, round-form dark pearlized buckle with oval centers marked "MADE IN ENGLAND" on metal, remainder unmarked. First half/mid 20th century. Marked Holland floriform buckle 3 3/4" x 2" OA.
Most in very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including one to some spots/areas of oxidation/corrosion on metal components, slight bending to metal, and/or possibly one or a few minor repairs.
