ANTIQUE / VINTAGE PRESSED GLASS HATPINS, LOT OF EIGHT, each having a round molded glass top, comprising three iridescent glass hatpins including an Art Deco butterfly example, a hatpin with spider design having green finish, a colorless hatpin with pink and gilt decoration, and three black or French jet hatpins including one with an insect/bee and one with clover/shamrocks and silvering. Unmarked. Late 19th/first half 20th century. 6 1/4" to 11 5/8" LOA.
Very good overall condition with a few to some mold roughness, flaking, and/or nicks along edges, most or all as made, pins with slight bending and/or spots/areas of corrosion; insect/bee hatpin with two sliver chips to base at edge and at terminal of pin; pink hatpin with a chip to base at terminal.
