ASSORTED ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA MEDICINE / PHARMACY BOTTLES, LOT OF 14, various colors and sizes/shapes, each embossed and/or paper labeled for Alexandria, VA druggists/pharmacists including L. Stabler & Co., Edgar Warfield, Jr., a bottle with skull-and-crossbones pictorial paper label advertising "CARBOLIC ACID / POISON" sold by E.S. Leadbeater & Sons, and an embossed and paper labeled W.F. Creighton, each having applied or tooled mouths. Late 19th century/early 20th century. 6" HOA.

Condition

Good to excellent condition overall, each paper-labeled bottle undamaged; Creighton with light chipping around mouth; larger Stabler with a sizable bruise to mouth; W.D. Hudson with a large chip at rear heel; others with at least minor wear and/or moderate to heavy sickness, some with light flaking or chipping at lips.
