ASSORTED AMERICAN BRASS AND WROUGHT-IRON FIREPLACE / HEARTH TOOLS, LOT OF FIVE, each with a brass handle in various ball and baluster forms, comprising three pairs of tongs, including one pair with extended brass arms and two shovels, including one with contoured flares. 18th/19th century. 27 1/4" to 31 1/4" L.
Very good overall condition, expected usage wear and denting, one shovel with a probably replaced handle and a loose rivet, two examples with light rust to shaft.
