ASSORTED BOXES, LOT OF SEVEN, including two ovoid English Battersea/Bilston examples including one having "A found Confience / Is a Wall of Brafs" and one enamelled example featuring a military profile with "MARSHAL BLUCHER" above and a mirror to the interior cover, one French Limoges example with polychrome floral motif having red hand-brushed "B. Altmann & Co. / New York" and "FRANCE" to underside, one elongated ovoid bone example having a cut pink stone to cover, possibly garnet or tourmaline, with mirror and velvet interior, one rectangular cloisonne example with floral and scroll designs, and one ovoid agate stone example. Late 18th to 19th century. 1" HOA, 3 3/8" LOA. 


Four undamaged; cloisonne example having some minute losses to enamel; "MARSHAL BLUCHER" example having yellowing and cracking restoration to cover, mirror cracked on interior; agate example having a crack to bottom.
