ASSORTED CUT GLASS APOTHECARY BOTTLES, LOT OF FIVE, comprising two Vaseline (reacts under black light) with cut panelled neck, and three cobalt blue examples with panel-cut necks, each having the original stoppers. Various makers. Second half 19th century. 5 1/2" to 6 1/2" HOA.
Two largest blue bottles having post-production polishing around the ege of the mouth; largest having a sliver chip to the underside of the stopper edge; remainder undamaged. Some examples having some light roughness/nicking, especially to the base edge, as made.
