ASSORTED CUT GLASS KEROSENE STAND LAMPS, LOT OF TWO,
colorless fonts,
each having a pyriform font with one having cut flutes, and the other having lyre decoration, each raised on a double-step marble base, brass collars. Each fitted with a period lip burner.
Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. and others.
Second half 19th century.
10 7/8" and 12" H to top of collar.
Provenance:Michael Carter collection, Hanover, PA.
Each virtually undamaged with the lyre having some light flaking/roughness to the marble edge; fluted example having remnants of decoration, each having some light wear.
