ASSORTED DECORATED COMPOSITE KEROSENE STAND LAMPS, LOT OF TWO, colorless fonts, comprising an example with a panel and cross-hatching patterned font, cylinder-form stem with beige ground and a handpainted structural scene in the winter; remaining example with a compressed frosted and cut font with floral pattern, bulge-form stem with pastel pink and blue ground, butterfly and floral handpainted decoration, period collars with shoulder plate and connectors including one example with a hammered-pattern finish, cast-metal square-form foot. Each fitted with a period No. 2 slip burner, combination shade with colorless base and opaque white dome-form top, one base with embossed patent dates. Various makers. Fourth quarter 19th century. 20" to 22 1/8" H to top of shades.
Excellent condition, lamps undamaged and with minor wear to decorations. Burners undamaged, shade rim components with expected minute flakes/roughness, most as made.
