ASSORTED GLASS STOPPERS, LOT OF FIVE, colorless, including a Type 2, Type 5, and Type 26 stopper. Various makers. 19th century. 2 5/8" to 4 3/8" HOA.
Provenance: From the Peter H. Tillou estate, Litchfield, CT.
Lobed having a sliver chip to the extension; Type 5 having a minute bruise to the top edge and a pattern flake; remainder undamaged. Several having expected roughness to the extension, as made.
