ASSORTED VINTAGE AND CONTEMPORARY FOOTBALL AUTOGRAPH AND EPHEMERA COLLECTION, approximately 54 plastic sleeves of autographed and unsigned photographs, materials, and other ephemera, including some printed, autopen, or secretarial signatures and some personally addressed, comprising several Canadian/CFL football cards with names including John Barrow, Ron Lancaster, and Kurt Warner, and American/NFL materials with names including Troy Aikman, Chuck Bednarik, Terry Bradshaw, Otto Graham, Joe Montana, and Joe Palumbo of University of Virginia (UVA) who sent a complimentary UVA hat and pin that is included. Catalogue Note: The autographs in this lot were a part of a mother/daughter project completed by Edie Mockford and her daughter, Ashley. Most were obtained through the mail, such as Studio Fan Mail departments, or in person via sporting, music, and charity events that Capt. Mockford volunteered, worked, or attended. She describes this project as "a labour of love and commitment (and a lot of research to find address, deciding who to write, etc.) – but provided truly unique mother/daughter bonding time."
