AUSTRIAN AMPHORA ART NOUVEAU PORCELAIN FIGURAL VASES, LOT OF TWO, each having an autumnal polychrome palette with applied oak branches with leaves and acorns, comprising one example featuring an egg-form vase mounted to a circular base with two ducklings, impressed "AUSTRIA" and "AMPHORA" to underside, and one gourd form example with three scampering mice, having an impressed crown mark to underside with "AMPHORA" and "AUSTRIA" below. Mouse example probably Riessner & Kessel, Turn-Teplitz; ducklings possibly Amphora Works, Turn-Teplitz, Austria. Late 19th/early 20th century. 6 1/2" and 14 3/4" H.

Duckling example having hairline to base; mouse example mostly undamaged having leaf with minor loss of tips and acorn bunch with possibly paint touch-ups or professional restoration.
