BRASS AND WOOD ADJUSTABLE DOUBLE-ARM CANDLESTICK, simple straight shaft with ball-form extension, supported by a circular-form foot with lightly incised rings, adjustable brass arm with a small and a large candle socket, secured by a thumb screw, and underside of foot interior with leaded weight. 18th century. 14" HOA, 4 1/4" D foot.
Condition
Excellent overall condition with expected wear, shaft extension with some losses to the wood, large socket with some as-made roughness to the lower base, wooden base with expected separations and sits slightly uneven.
