BRITISH SCHOOL (19TH CENTURY) LANDSCAPE PAINTING, oil on board, depicting a landscape with water, bathers in foreground, and ruins on a mountaintop in background. No signature located. Housed in a 19th century frame with a small contemporary inner frame added to fit the painting. British or European. Second half 19th century. 18 1/2" x 22 1/4" sight, 28 3/4" x 32 1/4" OA.
Condition
Good condition overall with some restoration; frame with some repairs and an older gilt surface with attractive alligatoring to surface.
