CHINESE EXPORT PORCELAIN HAND-PAINTED TEA AND TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF FOUR, comprising an armorial sauce boat and stand set featuring a polychrome central pheasant pair perched to a rock with coat of arms depicting a rampant wolf with shield to front and knight's helmet above, an ovoid reticulated basket with sepia sailing ship to interior and beautiful floral designs below exterior rim, and a sugar bowl with monogram "GA" to each side, double intertwined handles, and cover together by association. Fourth quarter 18th to 19th century. 2 1/8" HOA, tray 7 1/4" x 4 7/8".
Provenance: Property of a West Virginia gentleman.

Condition

Sugar, basket, and stand undamaged; boat with moderate broken and glued repair to spout having some minute losses.
