CUT AND ENGRAVED LYRE FONT KEROSENE STAND LAMP, colorless, inverted pyriform font finely decorated with two lyres flanked by thistles, ferns, and berries above a band of ovals, raised on a brass standard and a single-step marble base, No. 2 brass fine-line collar. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1855-1870. 11 1/8" H, 4 3/4" SQ base.
Provenance: From the Peter H. Tillou estate, Litchfield, CT.
Excellent condition overall with some denting to the standard; some roughness to the edge of the marble.
