DANISH MODEL 1867 SWORD BAYONET, German manufactured by Gebr Weyersberg Solingen for the first Danish Rolling Block Rifle produced by Remington, crosspiece stamped "28B.269" and "56012", checkered grips, original steel-mounted leather scabbard stamped "2AB" on drag point. Circa 1870. 26 3/4" LOA, 21 3/4" blade, 22" scabbard.
Condition
Good as-found condition, blade with some minor rust and light sharpening, grips with slight roughness to one edge, leather with a few scuffs.
