DIMINUTIVE CONNECTICUT CHIPPENDALE "OXBOW" BIRCH CHEST OF DRAWERS, the molded-edge top with serpentine front profile over a conforming case with four graduated drawers, flanked by solid ends, the whole raised on spurred ogee bracket feet with original blocking. Pine secondary wood. Retaining an early surface with rich color. Fourth quarter 18th century. 30 1/2" H, 36" W, 20" D.
