DIMINUTIVE EUROPEAN FOLK ART CARVED AND PAINTED CAROUSEL HORSE, carved wood with likely original polychrome painted surface, likely original leather saddle and tack, mounted on a possibly original green-painted base with brass pole. First half 20th century. 30" HOA, 19" WOA, 5 3/4" DOA.
Condition
Good overall condition with several breaks/repairs notably to tail and legs; moderate wear to paint, especially to base, possibly areas of repaint.
