EARLY CUT STRAWBERRY DIAMONDS AND VESICAS OPEN COMPOTE, colorless, hemispherical bowl with strawberry diamond, fan, and blazed vesicas, raised on a solid baluster-form stem, applied circular foot with a rayed underside. Probably Pittsburgh area. 1820-1840. 7 1/4" H, 9 3/8" D rim, 4 1/2" D foot.
