EARLY MOON AND STAR KEROSENE STAND LAMP, colorless ball-form font, translucent yellow-green (reacts under black light) fluted and double-step glass base, step base and foot with gilt bands, brass connector, No. 1 brass collar. Fitted with a period setup comprising a No. 1 lip burner, 3 1/2" D stamped shade ring which is supported by an encircling ring around the collar, a colorless and frosted Oregon shade with engraved foliage pattern, and a colorless lip chimney. Third quarter 19th century. 18 1/2" H to top of shade, 11 5/8" H to top of collar, 4 3/8" SQ foot.
