EARLY TIFFANY STUDIOS ACORN LEADED AND FAVRILE GLASS KEROSENE TABLE LAMP, early kerosene lamp base featuring blown green favrile glass encased within reticulated bronze frame, fitted with the original oil font with embossed wishbone pattern, stamped to the underside "S/729", bronze foot, lacking signature to the underside. Fitted with a period "HINKS/DUPLEX/PATENT" burner, bronze tripod shade holder. Topped with an umbrella form Acorn shade with deep caramel and opal panes with a medial band of Acorn pattern, shade signed to the interior, "TIFFANY STUDIOS/NEW YORK". Tiffany Studios. Circa 1900. 19 3/4" H to top of shade, 11 1/4" H to top of collar, 7 1/2" D foot. Shade: 6 1/2" H, 16" D.

Condition

Excellent condition overall with the shade having approximately eight panes being cracked, with most being bruised to the backside; base in excellent condition with expected scattered wear, lacking three small screws at the top of the font vase, one screw missing to the underside of the base; favrile glass lobes having overall crizzling.
