EMIL LARSON (1878-1970), SOUTH JERSEY LILY PAD TYPE I DOUBLE-HANDLED SUGAR BOWL, amethyst, two applied strap handles and applied threading around the neck, rough pontil mark. Larson Glass, Vineland, New Jersey. 1931-1948. 3 3/4" HOA.
Catalogue Note: Thanks to Tom Haughton for the correct identification of this bowl. He noted that he has seen several pieces of Larson's work where a handle initially failed, and the first terminal was covered with a second, intact handle. 

Condition

Handle terminal appears to be over remnants of a previous handle terminal, as-made, undamaged with some light surface wear.
