ENGLISH / GERMAN CREAMWARE RETICULATED TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF SIX, each having additional molded basketweave design, comprising three Waechtersbach examples including two bowls and one stand, one circular Wedgwood stand, and two matching ovoid stands. Marks to underside include impressed beehive mark with various numbers and letters and "WEDGWOOD". Wedgwood, Etruria, England; Waechtersbach, Germany. Fourth quarter 18th/19th century. 2 7/8" HOA.
Condition
Ovoid stands undamaged; Wedgwood example having a few minor rim hairlines; one Waechtersbach bowl with one rim hairline and remaining with three; Waechtersbach stand having two chips to foot, some minute flakes to rim underside, and a rim hairline. Manufacturing flaws including one ovoid stand with firing separation to rim, as made.
