ENGLISH REGENCY INLAID MAHOGANY LYRE-BASE SOFA TABLE, featuring a rectangular top with two hinged drop-leaves which are held up with hinged supports from skirt, two half drawers on one side, the other end with two false drawers to match, the whole resting on a lyre-form base with splay legs terminating in brass claw feet on casters, the whole with line inlay and veneered decorations. Retains an old refinished surface with warm color. First half 19th century. 28" HOA, 37" x 27" top when closed, each leaf 12" WOA.
