FREE-BLOWN AND PRESSED GLASS WHALE OIL / FLUID STAND LAMP, colorless, inverse teardop font raised on a Lion's Head and Basket of Flowers monument-form base with tab feet ground to level, bladed wafer construciton, period pewter collar. Fitted with a period two-tube bunrer. New England, probably Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1830-1845. 9 7/8" H, 3" SQ base.
