FREE-BLOWN CANDLESTICK, colorless, deep thistle-form socket with period Britannia insert, tall baluster-form hollow stem, applied circular foot, polished pontil mark. Probably New England area. First half 19th century. 10" H, 4 7/8" D foot.
Condition
Having a U-shaped crack to the socket, no further damage to the glass, Britannia socket having some light bending to the edges.
