FREE-BLOWN GADROON-DECORATED AND ENGRAVED CELERY GLASS / VASE, colorless lead glass, deep bowl with superimposed 24-rib gadrooning at base and flared rim, engraved with drapery and tassels, raised on a single-knop stem and circular foot with rough pontil mark. Probably Bakewell, Page & Bakewell, Pittsburgh. 1815-1825. 8 1/2" H, 4 3/4" D rim, 3 1/8" D foot.
