FREE-BLOWN GLASS COVERED SUGAR BOWL, deep cobalt blue, deep bowl with a galleried rim and an applied sloping foot, topped with a domed cover with an applied spherical finial, possibly together by association, rough pontil mark. Probably Pittsburgh area. First quarter 19th century. 6" HOA, 4 1/2" D rim, 2 1/2" D foot.

Undamaged with some scattered wear.
