FREE-BLOWN OPAL GLASS CREAM JUGS, LOT OF TWO, comprising an opaque white, and a fiery opalescent with polychrome-enamel floral decoration, each having an applied handle and circular foot, rough pontil marks. Probably England. Late 18th/early 19th century. 4 1/4" and 4 1/2" H.
Provenance: From the Peter H. Tillou estate, Litchfield, CT.
Undamaged with the opalescent example having some wear to the decoration.
