FREE-BLOWN RING JARS, LOT OF TWO, colorless with applied deep blue rings, each being cylindrical form with two rings to the body, matching domed cover with an applied blue rim, applied solid finials, rough pontil marks. Pittsburgh and other areas. 1840-1870. 8 1/2" and 9 1/4" HOA, 4 3/4" and 6 1/4" D rims.
Condition
Undamaged except for some flaking to the top of the smaller example's finial, finial also having a pink tint; each having moderate interior wear/scratching.
