GEORGIAN INLAID MAHOGANY SECRETARY BOOKCASE, two-piece construction, top with applied cornice above two hinged doors concealing two adjustable shelves and lower cubby holes, lower case with hinged fall board concealing a fitted interior with pull-out prospect hiding secret drawers, above four graduated drawers with later brass pulls, raised on bracket feet, solid-ends. Oak secondary wood. Retains an old surface with warm color. Fourth quarter 18th century. 86" H, 401/2" W, 21 1/2" D.
