GERMAN / AUSTRIAN SIGNED HAND-PAINTED PORCELAIN ARTICLES, LOT OF EIGHT, comprising a seven-piece wine set including a waisted-form pitcher and six cylindrical-form glasses, each having a central band featuring polychrome grape bunches flanked by solid gilt, signed "A.R. Morton", having green-printed "UNO / "Favorite" / BAVARIA" to underside, and a tall cylindrical vase featuring a polychrome thistle design including a beetle, signed "F. V. REINER / 7-22-13", having green-printed crown with two shields below and "VIENNA / AUSTRIA". Count Thun Porcelain Factory, Vienna, Austria; Uno Favorite, C. Hutschenreuther Porcelain Company, Bavaria, Germany. Late 19th/early 20th century. 14 1/4" HOA.
Condition
Undamaged. Manufacturing flaws including one cup with glazed over firing separation.
