GERMAN MEISSEN PORCELAIN "BLUE ONION" ARTICLES, LOT OF SEVEN, each featuring transfer-printed bulb and floral motif, comprising three piece tea set including a teapot, a covered sugar, and tri-footed creamer, a jug/pitcher, a shell-form dish, a leaf-form dish with handle and embossed floral branch to underside, and a circular butter cover. Each having crossed swords mark to bamboo trunk on front and underside with hand-brushed blue crossed swords. Late 19th/20th century. 6 1/4" HOA.
Condition
Six undamaged; teapot having minor chip to end of spout, otherwise undamaged.
