GERMAN PORCELAIN ANIMAL FIGURES, LOT OF TWO,
comprising a sitting dachshund puppy with charming wrinkles, green-printed "Rosen thale / GERMANY" mark and impressed "Th KARNER / 1247" to underside, and a parian pair of dolphins leaping from a wave, impressed "W. Gawantka" to top of base, having blue-printed crown mark with "AK / KAISER / W GERMANY" and impressed "509" to underside. Kaiser Porcelain Company, Staffelstein; Rosenthal, Selb, Bavaria, Germany.
20th century.
7 1/8" HOA.

Puppy undamaged; one dolphin having minute flake to tip of underside of one tail fin.
