GERMAN PORCELAIN MEISSEN-STYLE HAND-PAINTED MONKEY BAND FIGURES, LOT OF SEVEN, each having bright polychrome decorations, wearing hats, and resting against or sitting upon a stump, comprising examples playing the French horn, guitar, cello, bagpipes, a drummer, and two holding percussion mallets. Each having overglaze blue multiple line mark to underside. Bros. Voigt, Alfred Voigt, and VEB Sitzendorfer Porcelain Manufactory, Thuringia, Germany. Late 19th/first quarter 20th century. 5 1/2" HOA.
