GILT-BRONZE NEOCLASSICAL ELECTRIC CHANDELIER WITH STEUBEN SHADES, figural cast-brass foliate decoration, with six curling arms terminating in electric sockets with figural shade rings, three supporting coil and tassel arms reaching to a figural ceiling mount, fitted with six Steuben Pulled Feather iridescent art glass shades, and a frosted colorless Flame-form torchiere shade. Electrified. Maker unverified. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 38 7/8" HOA, 18" WOA. Steuben: 5" H, 2 1/4" D fitters. Frosted: 7 3/4" HOA, 3" D fitter.

Condition
Steuben shades undamaged except one having a flake to the fitter; frosted shade having two punctures to the surface and flaking/chipping to the fitter; lamp having most of the gilt worn off, some minor bending and areas of corrosion; some imperfections due to electrification including a minor separation to one tassel in which the wire is run down; some set screws being bent or missing.
