HAMILTON 23-JEWEL MODEL 3 AND 21-JEWEL MODEL 1 POCKET WATCHES, LOT OF THREE, each railroad grade, lever-set movement, having a white enamel dial with Arabic chapter ring and outer track, double-sunk seconds subsidiary, and blued-steel spade hands, housed in an open-face gold-filled watch case; comprising one 23-jewel model 3, grade 950, serial number 1634767, back of case with presentation engraving that reads, "RALPH ANDERSON / IN APPRECIATION / OF / LOYAL SERVICES / 1923-1943 / WILBUR-ELLIS CO."; and two 21-jewel model 1, grade 940, serial numbers 577743 and 600406, each with engraved decoration to back of case. Movements and cases marked. Hamilton Watch Co., Lancaster, PA. First quarter 20th century. 23-jewel size 16s; 21-jewels size 18s.

Condition

Very good overall condition with cases having some wear, surface scratches, nicks, and one or a few dents, some minor losses to gold, 23-jewel dial with possible one or two hairlines and a few minute flakes to interior edges bordering sunk subsidiary, 21-jewel dials with one or two hairlines, each lacking one or partial case screw tops.
