JOHN DEACONS (SCOTTISH, B. 1950) BUTTERFLY AND FLOWER LAMPWORK PAPERWEIGHT, cut-faceted with a circular top window with the side having two rows of punty cuts, featuring an aventurine butterfly with blue and yellow wings flying above a large red Camomile flower with four protruding green leaves with black veins, short green stem supporting two additional veined leaves, signature cane at the base of the stem, rayed to the underside. Deacons Glass, Crieff, Scotland. 21st century. 2 3/4" DOA.
