KAWASE HASUI (JAPANESE, 1883-1957) "SNOW VALLEY OF MOUNT HAKUBA" WOODBLOCK PRINT, or "Shirouma no sekkei", depicting a snowy, mountainous landscape scattered with figures. Artist's signature and seal in lower right, right margin with Watanabe publisher's seal used from 1929-1942. Unframed. Circa 1932. 10 3/8" x 15 1/2".
Condition
Very good overall condition with light toning being more moderate along the top, a few pinholes to margin in top corners and top left margin.
