LIBBEY 1904 ST. LOUIS EXPOSITION ROCK CRYSTAL CUT ART GLASS DRINKING ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, colorless, comprising a claret, wine, and cordial, each having matching rock crystal cut decoration featuring highly detailed fleur-de-lis and floral decoration with flowing scrolls, cut stems with wrapping flowers, and cut to the underside of the foot with trumpet flowers, two signed "LIBBEY" to the interior of the bowl, polished pontil marks, claret and cordial having a negative space for the addition of a monogram. Libbey Glass Co. Circa 1904. 3 3/4" to 5 3/4" H.

Catalogue Note: The following is a quote from the above reference: "Examples of items in a stemware service made for exhibition at the 1904 St. Louis Exposition. Bowls, stems and feet were engraved with intricate floral pattern. At conclusion of St. Louis Fair, some 80 pieces of the collection were purchased by a partner in the jewelry firm of Mermod & Jaccard and later resold to Owens-Illinois about 1954."

Effective March 1, 2024 In-house shipping is no longer available with Jeffrey S. Evans & Associates (JSEA). Shipping of all lots is through one of two local UPS stores with whom we have successfully worked with in the past. Buyers will receive a shipping form to fill out and return to the UPS store. As a courtesy to our clientele, once the invoice is paid, JSEA will arrange transport and make delivery to each respective store at no extra charge. Once the items ship, buyers will receive a paid shipping invoice and tracking number.

Any paid invoice with outstanding fees will be subject to the storage fees listed below. The grace period begins once the buyer is notified of shipping charges.
Due to excessive fraud, purchases can only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card used for payment. If you wish to have your purchases shipped to an alternate address, you must contact the front office to review and possibly approve the change.
