Contents include a half-plate tintype of two ladies on horseback on a street in Yonkers, NY showing buildings; other tintypes of people; 16 albumen photos of her "Trip South" including scenes of Thomasville, GA, New Orleans, LA, and St. Augustine, FL; other albumen photos; party favors including Dresden figures and flags; programs including Central Railroad of NJ, Harvard Boat Club, Columbia College Boat Club, Princeton Athletic Association, etc.; broadsides; a watercolor of a yacht signed EMB; Riverdale Fair, Sept. 1876 ribbon; die cuts, trade cards, and greeting cards; plus much more. Family names include Bininger, Dodge, Henry, Lewis, Morgan, Pyne, Roosevelt, Wildes, etc. 1876-1884. 12 1/2" x 10".
Most of contents in good to very good condition, the middle five pages have areas of loss at the bottom affecting some content, most pages have minor to moderate chipping to edges, spine is detached.
