MT. WASHINGTON ENGRAVED KEROSENE STAND LAMP, colorless font with finely engraved stylized ovals, cross-hatching and a feather band, bright green alabaster Baroque base with gilt highlights, brass connector, No. 2 fine-line collar. Fitted with a period setup comprising a Julius Ives No. 2 lip burner, thumbwheel marked "JULIUS IVES & CO", interior fitted with a refill feature, cast-brass spider-form 4" DOA shade holder with impressed patent date, and a colorless and frosted ball-form shade with engraved swag and tassel pattern. Non-period colorless chimney. Third quarter 19th century. 20 1/2" H to top of shade, 13 1/2" H to top of collar, 5 1/2" SQ overall foot. Shade 6 1/2" HOA, 4 1/8" D fitter.

Excellent condition, font interior with interior residue, foot with a flake along with as-made roughness. Burner undamaged, shade fitter with as-made shallow losses/roughness to the fitter, chimney undamaged.
