NORWEGIAN 0.830 SILVER, AND POSSIBLY OTHER SILVER, SPOONS, LOT OF NINE, comprising a pair of "Laila" oval soup/dessert spoons by Brodrene Lohne of Bergen with personalized engravings to backs including "15-11-52" date, a set of three "Valdres" oval soup/dessert spoons by Thorvald Marthinsen Solvvarefabrikk of Tonsberg with "Astri" engraved to backs, an oval soup/dessert spoon by Marius Hammer of Bergen with engraved decoration and "O.V." initials, a "Tele" baby or tea caddy spoon by Brodrene Mylius of Kragero with "FRA ARNVED" engraved to back of bowl, and two pieces with poorly struck, possibly spurious, marks having engraved decoration to handles consisting of one cream/sauce ladle marked "MAGNUS AASE" and a tablespoon marked "[M.?] OLSEN". Each with "830" or "830S" and maker's marks, most also with "NM" mark. Total weight: 8.285 ozt. Late 19th/20th century. 4 1/8" to 8" LOA.

Condition

Good to very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including slight bending, nicks, one or a few dents to bowls, and/or worn spots to decoration.
